Addie Wieland, LCSW, is a licensed clinical social worker and board-approved supervisor whose clinical work is grounded in attachment theory, nervous system regulation, and somatic techniques. She is EMDR trained and has particular experience helping clients heal from childhood sexual abuse, PTSD, and emotional neglect.
Addie works with high-functioning adults who look put-together on the outside but are quietly carrying shame, low self-worth, or the lasting effects of difficult relationships and past trauma. She helps clients understand the patterns rooted in their earliest relationships, regulate a nervous system stuck in fight-or-flight or shutdown, and move out of survival mode into a place of feeling calmer, more secure, and more connected to the people they love.
Addie also works with a broader range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, and everyday life stressors. Whether someone is navigating a specific mental health challenge or simply wants support feeling more balanced and at ease, she brings the same warmth, curiosity, and steadiness to every client relationship
Addie offers therapy fully online, which allows her to meet clients wherever they are and bring the same flexibility and presence to her work that she encourages in her clients’ lives.
